1. Products & Handmade Variations

All Beastro Bowls are handmade by a local Austin pottery studio. Each piece is individually crafted, and subtle variations in shape, glaze, tone, and texture are natural and part of the uniqueness of handmade ceramics. These variations are not considered defects.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD.

• A standard flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout to cover packaging and delivery within the United States.

• Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers.

• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

• We currently ship within the United States only.

• Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays.

• Once an order is shipped, Beastro Bowls is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you (and your cat) to love your bowl.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused

• The item must be in original packaging

• The item must be in new condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

While our bowls are crafted for pet use, pets should always be supervised during feeding. Customers assume responsibility for the proper use of our products.
