Returns & Refunds

We want you (and your cat) to love your bowl.

If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email us at hello@beastrobowls.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be purchased within the last 30 days

• The bowl must be unused and in its original packaging

• The item must be in new condition

*Because each bowl is handmade, slight variations in glaze or surface markings from the kiln are natural and are not considered defects.

Custom or personalized pieces (if offered in the future) are non-returnable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your bowl arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

We will make it right.

Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift at checkout, store credit will be issued for approved returns.

If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
